Ingredientes
- Â Â Eye of round roast (or possibly bottom round or possibly whatever)
- Â Â Kitchen Bouquet
- Â Â Garlic pwdr
- Â Â Pepper
- 1/2 c. Warm water
Direcciones
- Brush eye of round roast (or possibly bottom round or possibly whatever) with Kitchen Bouquet. Sprinkle with garlic pwdr and pepper. Brown roast on all sides.
- Put roast in Ducth oven with 1/2 c. warm water. Cover and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 2 1/2 hrs, adding more water as necessary. Use the juice in left in the Dutch oven to make gravy.
