Receta Mom's Ammonia Cookies

• 1 c. Shortening
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 ounce Baker's ammonia
• 2 c. Lowfat milk
• 2 1/2 c. Sugar
• 2 x Large eggs
• 1 tsp Oil of lemon
•     Sufficient flour to make soft dough
