Receta Mom's Potato Pancakes
Ingredientes
- 3 c. grated uncooked potatoes
- 2 Large eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/2 tbsp. flour
- 1/8 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Pare potatoes and cover with cool water. Soak several hrs before using. Drain well and grate. Rinse to wash out the starch. Add in Large eggs to the grated potatoes and mix lightly. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop from tsp. into warm and well greased skillet. Brown on both sides. Makes 12 3-inch pancakes. They taste good with applesauce on the side.
