Receta Mom's Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 6 med. potatoes
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme leaves
- Dash cayenne, pepper
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoon grated Cheddar cheese
- Water
- 3 tbsp. oil
- Dash black pepper
Direcciones
- Scrub unpeeled potatoes. Cut each lengthwise, then into even wedges. Boil potatoes for 5 min. Drain and pat dry. Spread wedges in a single layer on lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with oil, spices and herbs. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425-450 degrees for 10-12 min or possibly till golden.
