Receta Mom's Steamed Pudding

Ingredientes
- 1 c. suet
- 1 c. carrots
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. potatoes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Grind suet, carrots, raisins and potatoes and mix together. Add in and fold in the remaining ingredients. Steam for 3 hrs. Can be served hot or possibly cool. Can be steamed by putting in a coffee can set in a large deep kettle of water covered with a lid. Add in water as needed.
