Receta Mom's Whoopie Pies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/4 c. boiling water
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Cream Crisco, sugar and Large eggs. Mix cocoa and boiling water and add in to creamed mix. Add in dry ingredients alternating with lowfat milk and vanilla. Blend well. Drop by Tbsp. on greased cookie sheets, 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 min. Cold and combine with filling.
- Cook and cold 1 c. lowfat milk and 5 Tbsp. flour. Cream Crisco, butter, salt, vanilla. Blend in cooled mix and add in powdered sugar. Beat till creamy.
