Receta Monastery Pumpkin Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. oil
- 2/3 c. water
- 2 c. mashed, cooked fresh pumpkin
Direcciones
- Mix together flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. In another bowl mix Large eggs, oil, water and pumpkin; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients. Turn into 3 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees till wooden pick in center comes out clean, 1 hour. Cold before slicing.
