- 2 c. chocolate chips
- 1/3 c. coffee liqueur
- 1 x block silken tofu
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 x prepared chocolate wafer crust
Direcciones
- Place a small metal bowl over a saucepan with simmering water. Heat the chocolate and coffee liqueur in the bowl. Stir in vanilla.
- Combine the tofu, chocolate mix, and honey in the blender jar. Liquefy till smooth.
- Pour the filling into the crust and chill for 2 hrs, or possibly till the filling is set.
