Receta Moroccan Carrot And Orange Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Carrots, shredded
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x Oranges, peeled
- 1 x Lemon, juice of
- 1 x Onion, sliced
- 1/4 c. Walnuts, minced
- 1/2 c. Currants
- Â Â Pepper freshly grnd
- 1/4 tsp Red warm pepper flakes
Direcciones
- 1. Section the oranges (about 2 c.).
- 2. Cut the onions into 2-inch lengths (about 2 c.).
- 3. Soak the currants in water for 10 min and drain.
- 4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and toss. Chill for 1/2 hour or possibly more before serving.
