Receta Moroccan Style Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 x apples
- 2 x pears
- 2/3 c. orange juice
- Â Â Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 x bananas
- 2 Tbsp. orange flower water
- Â Â rind of 1 orange
- Â Â icing sugar
- 1 pun strawberries hulled and halved lengthways
- Â Â fresh mint leaves
Direcciones
- Core apples and pears and cut into thin slices.
- Place in serving bowl and add in combined orange and lemon juices to prevent the apples and pears discolouring.
- Peel and cut bananas thinly.
- Add in to fruit in bowl and toss gently.
- Add in orange flower water and sprinkle with icing sugar to taste.
- Add in strawberry halves to fruit salad.
- Sprinkle with fresh mint leaves.
- Grate orange rind and cook in water or possibly light sugar syrup for 5 min drain.
- Arrange over fruit salad and serve.
- Note. Cutting the strawberries helps to develop the flavour.
