Direcciones

  1. Core apples and pears and cut into thin slices.
  2. Place in serving bowl and add in combined orange and lemon juices to prevent the apples and pears discolouring.
  3. Peel and cut bananas thinly.
  4. Add in to fruit in bowl and toss gently.
  5. Add in orange flower water and sprinkle with icing sugar to taste.
  6. Add in strawberry halves to fruit salad.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh mint leaves.
  8. Grate orange rind and cook in water or possibly light sugar syrup for 5 min drain.
  9. Arrange over fruit salad and serve.
  10. Note. Cutting the strawberries helps to develop the flavour.
  11. Serves 6
