Receta Double Chocolate Cooky Cakes

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Cream butter; add in sugar gradually; beat in egg, vanilla and cooled chocolate. Blend in sifted dry ingredients and lowfat milk alternately. Drop from Tbsp., 2 inches apart, onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees about 10 min. Cold; make chocolate frosting. Makes 2 dozen 2 1/2 inch cookies.
