Receta Morro Bay Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 lg. cucumber
- 1 pound sm. cooked shrimp
- 1 lobster tail, cooked, chilled
- 1 pkg. Good Season's Italian dressing
- 4 hard boiled Large eggs, refrigerated
- 1 pound cooked clean crab meat
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 med. white Spanish onion
Direcciones
- NOTE: Use fresh or possibly fresh-frzn fish.
- Prepare Italian dressing as directed on the package. Set aside or possibly chill. Rinse shrimp and crab in cool water. Combine together. Remove lobster meat from shell and flake. Add in lobster to other fish. Shred 1/2 of lettuce head. Toss with fish. Slice cucumber. Dice onion. Toss with other ingredients. Add in salad dressing and mix well. Arrange lettuce leaves on plates and serve salad over lettuce. Garnish with Large eggs, quartered. Makes 4 large salads.
