Ingredients: 20 x Ritz crackers, crushed; 1 c. Sugar; 3/4 c. Minced pecans; 3 x Egg whites; 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1/2 pt Cream, whipped and sweetened to taste

Ingredientes

20 x Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. Sugar
3/4 c. Minced pecans
3 x Egg whites
1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 pt Cream, whipped and sweetened to taste

Direcciones

Mix pecans, 1/2 c. sugar and cracker crumbs in bowl. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar till stiff; gradually add in vanilla and 1/2 c. sugar. Fold crumb mix into egg white mix; pour into greased pie plate and bake at 350 for 20 min. Cold thoroughly; top with whipped cream. Refrigeratewell before serving.
