  • 1 1/2 quart. broth from boiling hen
  • 2 teaspoon season salt
  • 2 pans cornbread
  • 4 slices light bread
  • 2 teaspoon sage
  • 2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2-1 onion, minced
  • 5 boiled Large eggs, minced
  • Broth to taste

Direcciones

  1. Cut up and boil hen till tender and remove from bones. Reserve broth. Season and cook hen in sufficient water to have at least 1 1/2 qts broth. In large baking pan combine cornbread, chicken, chicken broth, light bread, sage, pepper, onion and boiled Large eggs; mix all ingredients well. Add in sufficient chicken broth to the mix to be moist before baking. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 to 40 min.
