  • 1 box cake mix (chocolate, yellow or possibly white)
  • 1 c. sweet lowfat milk
  • 20 lg. marshmallows or possibly 2 jars marshmallow creme
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pound coconut
  • Healthy pinch salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate or possibly 5 T cocoa & 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Bake according to directions on box.
  2. Bring lowfat milk and sugar to a boil. Add in marshmallows; cook slowly till they dissolve. Add in coconut, salt and vanilla. Spread on cake; cool before putting on chocolate.
  3. Put together all ingredients except vanilla; stir over low heat till dissolved. Turn up heat and bring to rolling boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat; add in vanilla. Beat and spread over cake.
