Receta Mr Food's Asian Cabbage Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Peanut oil
- 1/2 c. Sesame seeds
- 4 med -sized garlic cloves
- Crushed
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1/4 c. White vinegar
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1 head cabbage -- washed
Direcciones
- In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the peanut oil over medium heat. Saute/fry the sesame seeds and garlic for 3-5 min, till the seeds are golden brown. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add in the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and vegetable oil; continue to cook for 2 more min. Cut cabbage into bite-sized pcs, and place in a large bowl and pour the desired amount of hot dressing over it, tossing to coat the cabbage proportionately.
- Yield: 10-16 servings (2 c. dressing)
