Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 lb lean grnd beef
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 tsp dry Italian seasoning
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1Â 1/2 c. zucchini shredded
- 1 x egg slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except ketchup, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Place approximately 1/3 c. beef mix into each of 12 medium muffin c., pressing lightly; spread ketchup over tops.
- Bake 20 min or possibly till centers are no longer pink.
- Remove meatloaves from pan.
