- 3/4 c. rye flour
- 2 c. Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 c. CornMeal
- 3 Tbsp. Wheat Germ
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1Â 1/2 c. Bread Flour
- 4 Tbsp. Molasses
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. Oat Bran
- 1/2 c. Sourdough Starter
- 2 c. Hot Water
- 2 Tbsp. Gluten Yields 1 Loaf
