Receta Multigrain Pancake Mix

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. regular oats
- 2 c. whole-wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1/4 c. unprocessed wheat bran
- 1/4 c. toasted wheat germ
- 1/4 c. sucanat or possibly rapadura
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1Â 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
Direcciones
- Place oats in food processor, and process till smooth. Add in remaining ingredients; process till smooth.
- Makes 4 c. of dry mix.
- Yield: 4 c.
- NOTES : A couple of these ingredients-Rapadura and sucanat are evaporated sugar cane juice and are only available in health food stores. Whole wheat pastry flour is also in health food stores.
