Receta Musetto With Brovada

Ingredientes
- 4 lb Turnips peeled, and
- Â Â cut into 1/4" batons
- 8 c. Water
- 4 c. Red wine vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. Sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Salt
- 2 lb Red grapes minced roughly
- Â Â using a food processor
- 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 x Scallions sliced
- 3 x Garlic cloves sliced
- 2 tsp Flour
- 1 tsp Caraway seed
- 4 x servings Muster Sausage see * Note
Direcciones
- Place turnips in a 2-gallon ceramic jar. In a mixing bowl, stir together water, vinegar, sugar, salt and crushed grapes and pour over turnips. Cover and chill 48 hrs.
- Two days later: In a 12- to 14-inch saute/fry pan, heat extra virgin olive oil till smoking over medium heat. Add in scallions and garlic and cook till softened, about 8 min. Add in flour and caraway and stir through. Drain turnips and add in to pan. Cook till very soft, careful not to break the turnips, about 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, grill the Muster Sausages till just cooked through. Add in to cooking brovada during last 10 min and serve in a large bowl with spoons.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
