Receta Mushroom Barley Soup With Short Ribs

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Beef short ribs
- 1 med Onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 6 x Celery ribs, finely sliced
- 6 c. Water or possibly chicken stock
- 2/3 c. Pearl barley
- 1 Tbsp. Dry dill weed
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lb Mushrooms
Direcciones
- PLACE RIBS, ONION, GARLIC and celery in a soup pot. Add in the liquid, cover, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Add in the barley, dill, salt and pepper and cook another 50 min. Add in the mushrooms and cook another 10 min. Serve piping warm.
