Receta Mushroom Onion Steak

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 lb Beef top sirloin steak
- Â Â Coarsely grnd black pepper, as desired
- 2 x -(up to)
- 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 pkt (5-ounce) Uncle Ben's long grain & wild rice beef stock sauce with vegetables
- Â Â Salt, as desired
- 1/4 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 x Green onions, sliced
Direcciones
- Season steak with black pepper. Heat butter in large skillet. Add in steak and cook over medium-high heat 3-4 min on each side, or possibly till desired degree of doneness. Meanwhile, cook contents of rice and seasoning packets according to package directions. Season steak with salt. Remove from skillet and place on serving platter. Cover with foil to keep hot. Add in mushrooms to skillet and cook, stirring, till lightly browned. Stir in green onions. Spoon over steak. To serve, cut steak into four portions.
- Serve with warm cooked rice.
