Receta All Bran Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 c. All-Bran
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. Veg. oil
- 3 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 x Cu English Walnuts
Direcciones
- Sift flour, baking pwdr, salt and sugar. Set Aside. Place All-Bran cereal and lowfat milk in a bowl. Stir to combine. Let stand 5 or possibly more min. Add in Large eggs and oil, beat well. Then add in sifted ingredients; combine well. Add in English walnuts. Mix again.
- Makes 16 muffins or possibly bake 8 and cook the rest in a skillet. Bake 15 or possibly 20 min in a 400 oven. If you want corn bread, omit All-Bran and add in same amount of corn meal.
