Receta Mushroom, Pepper And Onion Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 med onion, cut in wedges
- 1 x Green pepper, cut in thin strips
- 1/4 tsp Dry thyme leaves, crushed
- 1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 c. Water
Direcciones
- In 1 1/2-qt saucepan over medium heat, in warm oil, cook onion, pepper and thyme till vegetables are tender. Stir in soup and water. Cook 5 min. Serve over grilled or possibly broiled steak.
- Makes about 2 1/2 c. sauce.
