Receta Mushroom Sauce (To Have On Bangers And Mash)

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x clove crushed garlic
- 250 gm mushrooms
- 1 c. chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp cornflour
Direcciones
- Heat oil, fry garlic and mushrooms till they start to brown - about 5 mins.
- Add in chicken stock. Simmer for 5 mins.
- Mix lemon juice and cornflour together and stir into sauce till it slightly thickens.
- Cook potato, and sausages.
- Pour sauce over.
