Receta Mushrooms in tomato sauce

Ingredientes
- 500g mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 150 ml or more oil,it depends
- 400 ml tomato sauce
- pepper
- salt
- savory
- 1 green chilli optional
Direcciones
- 1.Wipe the mushrooms and cut in half,and in slices.
- 2.Peel,wash and chop the onion and garlic cloves.
- 3.Heat the oil,and stew the onion and garlic.
- 4.Add mushrooms,salt,pepper,and tomato sauce and mix.
- 5.Pour savory and serve with polenta,steak,on a pizza (cold),etc.
