- ½ cup red onion, finely diced
- ½ cup lightly toasted slivered almonds
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp dried tarragon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
