Receta My Favorite Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredientes
- 6-8 sweet potatoes
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1/2 c. dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
- Marshmallows (optional)
Direcciones
- Grease 2-3 qt casserole. Boil sweet potatoes 30-35 min. Cool slightly. Peel and mash. To potatoes, add in butter, brown sugar, egg yolks, sherry and nutmeg. Fold into potato mix beaten stiff egg whites. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min. Top with marshmallows last ten min. Serves 8.
