Ingredientes

3 x EGG whites
1 c. Sugar
23 x Crushed Ritz crackers
1 c. Minced pecans
1/2 pt Cream, whipped
2 Tbsp. Instant cocoa
1 Tbsp. Powdered sugar

Direcciones

Beat egg whites till stiff, addiing the sugar slowly. Mix in crushed crackers and nuts. Place in greased 10 inch pie pan and bake at 300 for 25 min. Meanwhile, whip the cream, adding the cocoa and powdered sugar.
Pour into cooled pie "crust" and freeze.
