Receta Nacho Salad (Serves 3 People)

Ingredientes
- 1 pound of grnd beef
- 1 pkg. of taco seasoning
- 1 can of Campbells Nacho cheese
- 1 pound of plain nacho chips
- Lettuce
- 1 can of black olives
- 1 sm. onion
- Lowfat sour cream or possibly onion dip
Direcciones
- Brown grnd beef with small onion minced in it. Drain grease. Add in taco seasoning to the cooked grnd beef per instructions on the package. Warm up the can of nacho cheese per instructions on the can.You may warm up the nacho chips, if perferred. To serve: For one person; place nacho chips in a plate. Add in cooked beef, lettuce, nacho cheese and all remaining ingredients per liking.
