Ingredients: 2 c. sugar; 1/2 c. oil; 2 x Large eggs; 4 c. diced apples; 2 c. flour; 1 tsp salt; 2 tsp cinnamon; 1 tsp nutmeg; 2 tsp soda

Ingredientes

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 x Large eggs
4 c. diced apples
2 c. flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp soda

Direcciones

Combine sugar, oil, and Large eggs. Add in diced apples. Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and soda. Add in to apple mix. Pour into 9x13 greased cake pan and bake for one hour in preheated oven at 350F.
Serve it warm, hot, or possibly cool. Try it plain, frosted, or possibly with whipped cream.
