  • 3 c. Flour, unbleached
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Soda
  • 1 c. Salad oil, (canola)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 4 c. Apples, minced small
  • 1 c. Nuts, minced (pecan, walnut
  • 1/2 c. Confectioners' sugar

Direcciones

  1. Mix dry ingredients- then fold in Large eggs and oil. Do not beat - then add in apples and nuts. Bake in ungreased tube pan or possibly sheet cake pan. Bake 350degrees for 1 - 1 1/4 hrs. Cold then sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. I use a lace doily to lay on cake and then sprinkle the sugar over and then take off the doily.
