Receta Nappa Cabbage Salad

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Almonds, sliced
- 2 pkt Ichiban Noodles (beef flavour), broken up
- 6 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1 c. Oil
- 1/2 c. White sugar
- 1/2 c. Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Soya sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt (I omit this, but the
- 2 x Beef flavour packets from the noodles
- 1 head suey choy or possibly nappa cabbage
- 1 bn Green onions
Direcciones
- Chop the cabbage fine and mix the onion, set aside. Saute/fry the almonds and broken up noodles with the margarine in a fry pan. Cold. Combine the next 6 ingredients and chill. Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
