Receta Natural Sugarless Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. oat flour
- 1 c. instant nonfat lowfat milk pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon soda
- 1 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. minced peanuts
- 2/3 c. sunflower seed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. mashed bananas
- 1 T vanilla extract
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
Direcciones
- Put together first 7 ingredients; set aside. Put together next 3 ingredients in large bowl; beat well. Add in butter; mix well. Add in dry ingredients; blend thoroughly. Pour into buttered loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till bread tests done.
