Receta Salmon Pate
Ingredientes
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can red salmon, liquid removed & boned
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 T butter
- 2 T whipping cream
- 1 T sherry
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- Salt & pepper
- Hard cooked large eggs & green onion for garnish
Direcciones
- In a food processor, mince garlic; add in butter and blend well. Add in salmon; process till smooth. Add in remaining ingredients; process till well blended. Refrigerate, preferably overnight. Serve at room temperature. Surround the molded pate with slices of hard boiled large eggs. Sprinkle large eggs with minced green onion tops. Serve with mild crackers, toast rounds or possibly Melba toast. Serves 8-10. Note: Must do ahead.
