Receta New Best Chipotle Salsa
Fooling around with canned tomatoes and made this. Not too hot, but you can make it so.
Ingredientes
- 14.5 can fire roasted tomatoes, drained
- 2 tbs. vinegar
- hefty pinch of sugar
- tbs. cilantro leaves
- 1/2 small onion, chopped to make 1/3 cup
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1 really small jalapeno, roasted and seeded, chopped
- 1-2 tbs. chipotle de adobo sauce
- salt to taste
- juice of 1/2 lime
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
