Receta New England Potato Salad With Sour Cream Dres

Ingredientes
- 3 lb Potatoes, cooked
- 1 c. Celery, diced
- 5 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 4 x Large eggs: hard-cooked, sieved
- 1 pt Lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
- 1/4 x Clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 1/2 c. Olives, sliced
Direcciones
- Peel potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch cubes and chill. Add in celery, 3 tbsps vinegar and salt. Fold Large eggs into lowfat sour cream, add in reamining vinegar, pepper, mustard, garlic and onion. Place potato mix in salad bowl, add in dressing and toss well. Garnish with olives.
