Receta New Potatoes In Chive Butter

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 c. fresh chives in 1/2" pcs
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 3 lb small new potatoes - (1" to 1 1/2" dia) scrubbed
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, combine butter, chives, salt, and pepper. If you like, with a channel knife, cut 2 intersecting strips around middle of each potato.
- In a large saucepan, combine potatoes with salted water to cover by 1-inch and simmer till just tender, 15 to 20 min. Drain potatoes in a colander and add in to butter mix, tossing to combine. Serve potatoes hot.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
