Receta New Style Sashimi With Nobu

Ingredientes
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
- 3 ounce sashimi-quality fluke fillet
- 1 sm garlic clove chopped
- Â Â Finely-julienned peeled ginger to taste
- Â Â Chives in 1 1/2" lengths to taste
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp freshly-squeezed lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Direcciones
- In a small skillet over medium heat, cook sesame seeds till fragrant and golden brown. Remove to a small bowl.
- Thinly slice fluke fillet crosswise on the bias. Arrange fish on a plate. Rub with garlic. Sprinkle ginger and chives over fish. Drizzle with soy sauce and lemon juice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Heat extra virgin olive oil and sesame oil in a small saucepan till they begin to smoke. Pour warm oil over fish. The warm oil will sear the fish as it makes contact.
- This recipe yields 4 appetizer servings.
