Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. sweet butter
- 1/4 c. straight sherry
- 2 tsp minced shallots
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 4 x egg yolks
Direcciones
- In a double boiler, heat butter, add in sherry, shallots, and paprika, stirring constantly till shallots are tender.
- Add in cream and well-beaten egg yolks, stir quickly with wire whisk till sauce has thickened. Serve at once.
