  • 500 grams shrimps
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup alcoholic beverage (Use half a glass of alcohol (any of the following: Lambanog, Sake, Tequila, Gin, Vodka)
  • 1 medium white onions diced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt & pepper
  • chillies (optional)

Direcciones

  1. In a wok, heat oil and saute garlic and onions.
  2. Add in shrimps and seasoned with salt & pepper.
  3. Pour in alcoholic beverage and let it boil.
  4. Do not cover. Let the alcohol content vaporize.
  5. Serve hot
