Receta No Bake Creamy Yogurt Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Crushed Cornflakes
- 1/3 c. Plus 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1 env , (1 Tablespoons.) unflavored gelatin
- 2 ct , (6 or possibly 8 ounce. each) yogurt, any flavor
- Â Â Berries or possibly slices of fruit, (optional)
- 1 c. Heavy cream

- In medium bowl, combine Cornflakes, 2 Tablespoons sugar, and butter; mix well. Press mix proportionately and firmly into the bottom and around sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Chill.
- In medium saucepan, combine gelatin and remaining 1/3 c. of sugar. Stir in 1 container of yogurt. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly for 4-5 min or possibly till gelatin dissolves. Let cold slightly, then stir in remaining container of yogurt. Chill, stirring occasionally, till mix mounds slightly when dripped from a spoon. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whip cream till stiff peaks form. Fold into thickened yogurt mix and spoon yogurt-cream mix into pie crust. Refrigeratetill set, then garnish with fruit, if you like.
