Receta Austin Junior League Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Butter
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 4 x Bananas -- ripe mashed
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 4 Tbsp. Buttermilk
- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt Topping-
- 6 Tbsp. Butter
- 10 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 5 Tbsp. Lowfat milk Minced pecans -- optional
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 .
- 2. Cream butter and sugar. Beat Large eggs and add in to sugar mix. Add in bananas, vanilla and buttermilk.
- 3. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add in to banana mix. Beat well.
- 4. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 by 5 by 3-inch loaf pans.
- 5. Bake 45 to 50 min or possibly till bread pulls away from sides of pan. Cold.
- 6. To prepare topping, heat butter in saucepan. Add in sugar and lowfat milk. Cook till syrupy.
- 7. Remove from heat and add in minced pecans. Pour over bread and place under broiler 5 min.
