Receta No Bake Peanut Brownies

Ingredientes
- 4 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. Peanuts -- minced
- 1/2 c. Confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 c. Peanut butter
- 2 c. Semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Combine crumbs, peanuts, sugar and peanut butter using a whisk or possibly pastry blender. In a small saucepan, heat the chocolate chips and lowfat milk over low heat, stirring More constantly till smooth. Remove from the heat; add in vanilla. Set aside 1/2 c.. Pour remaining chocolate mix over crumb mix and stir till well blended. Spread proportionately in a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Frost with the reserved chocolate mix. Refrigeratefor 1 hour.
- Yield 2-1/2 dozen.
