Receta No Knead Refrigerator Rolls

Ingredientes
- 2 packages. yeast
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. shortening
Direcciones
- Heat lowfat milk and shortening till shortening is melted, add in cold water and pour over yeast and sugar. Add in half of flour, salt and egg. Beat till smooth. Add in remaining flour. Make into rolls. Place on greased pan. Allow to raise for 2 hrs. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 min. May store remaining dough in refrigerator covered with damp cloth. Will keep 5 days.
