Receta No Meat Burgers In A Hurry

Ingredientes
- 1 lb hard tofu packed in water drain and mash
- 1 c. quick rolled oats
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1 x onion finely chopped (opt)
- 2 Tbsp. onion pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Â Â Vegetable oil for frying
- 6 whl wheat buns
Direcciones
- Mix ingredients together. Knead for a few min. Shape into 6 patties.
- Fry in lightly oiled cookie sheet at 325F degrees for 25 min. Serve on whole wheat bread or possibly buns. Top with lettuce, tomato, alfalfa sprouts, grated carrot, onion, pickles, ketchup or possibly mustard.
