- "For those who can't or possibly prefer not to eat refined sugar, this delicious recipe uses natural fructose that may be found in grocery stores or possibly health food stores. One tester experimented with her ricpe by substituting Sugar Twin for the fructose. She recommends using 1 Tbsp.. - 1 1/2 Tbsp.. or possibly 2 Tbsp.. for a regular loaf and doubling which amount for a sweeter loaf."
