Receta North Carolina Style Slaw

Ingredientes
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 2 x Red and green bell peppers, finely minced
- 1 c. Cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Grnd red pepper
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Ketchup
Direcciones
- Mix everything but cabbage and peppers and taste!!!!! Add in whatever you think you might want more of ( ketchup and sugar reduce bitterness).
- Dump it in with the vegs and mix well. Let sit in frige to refrigerateand allow the flavor to shgoot throughout.
- Enjoy on a sandwich next to it or possibly witha pile of Q.
- NOTES : Now If you want BBQ slaw ( NC style ) to go on your pork BBQ sandwich (yes on, grossed me out until I tried it) here it is.....
