Receta Norv Turner's Red Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 1 c. warm water
- 2 x cubes chicken bouillon
- 2 Tbsp. dry onion, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
- 2 lb small red potatoes
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 tsp tarragon leaves, crushed
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Direcciones
- Combine first four ingredients. Let stand 10 min. Add in the remaining ingredients. Cut up potatoes in squares. Put in shallow baking pan. Pour over dressing. Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 min. Stir occasionally. May cook a little longer if desired them a little brown.
