Receta Oatmeal and Craisin Cookies

Ingredientes
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup apricot preserves
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- ½ (3.4 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ½ cup craisins
Direcciones
- Place butter in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until fluffy. Add sugars, beating until blended. Add apricot preserves, vanilla, and egg, beating just until blended.
- Combine flour, oats, pudding mix, baking soda, salt, and craisins.
- Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, stirring just until combined.
- Drop by teaspoons on lightly buttered cookie sheets.
- Bake 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool; 2 minutes or until firm. Remove cookies and place on wire rack to cool.
